Once your journey is booked, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing clear pick-up instructions along with a video guide to help you locate the meeting point. At least 6 hours before your journey, you will also receive your driver's details, enabling you to contact your driver directly. Rest assured, our drivers are always happy to assist you in finding the designated pickup area.

What time should I schedule my airport pick-up?

Please schedule your pick-up time to match your flight’s scheduled landing time. If your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry — we will track your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

If you would prefer to be collected at a specific time after landing (for example, one hour after arrival), please clearly note this in the booking notes or contact us in advance at info@cabair.co.uk

What if my flight is delayed?

We live-track all flights, so if your flight is delayed, your driver will be waiting for you until you land, free of charge.

Which airports and cities do you offer transfer services to and from?

Yes, we provide child seats for children from 1 month up to 5 years old. If your child falls within this age range, please select “Child Seat” during the booking process and specify your child’s age in the booking notes.

For children older than 5 years, please select a booster seat when making your booking.

Are your child seats compliant with UK regulations?

Can I bring my own child seat?

What happens if my flight arrives early?

Yes, a meet-and-greet service in the arrivals hall with a name sign can be added when choosing a vehicle type.

Is there a limit on luggage?
